You have 14 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request.

3. Eligible Items for Return

We accept returns for items in their original, unused condition and packaging. We accept returns for both:

• Defective Products: Items that arrived damaged, broken, or faulty.
• Non-Defective Products: Items where you changed your mind, or are experiencing buyer's remorse.

4. Return Method
